These terms and conditions govern the provision of automotive enhancement services by Qorvixa of 3 St David's Rd, Cardiff CF14 1DS, United Kingdom ("Qorvixa", "we", "us"). By booking services with Qorvixa, you agree to these terms.
Qorvixa provides automotive enhancement services including ECU calibration, suspension work, exhaust fitment, brake upgrades, aerodynamic styling, and interior refinement. All work is conducted in accordance with UK road legislation. We do not carry out modifications that render a vehicle non-compliant for UK road use.
All quotations are provided in writing following a vehicle inspection or detailed discussion of the proposed work. Quotations are valid for 30 days from issue. Work will not commence without a written quotation accepted by the customer. Verbal estimates are indicative only and do not constitute a binding quotation.
Qorvixa makes no guarantees of specific performance outcomes from any service. Vehicle enhancement results vary depending on the specific vehicle, its condition, component specification, and other factors outside our control. All descriptions of service outcomes on our website and in marketing materials are indicative and do not constitute guarantees. Customers should ensure they have realistic expectations before booking any work.
Customers are responsible for informing Qorvixa of any known defects, recent repairs, or unusual conditions affecting the vehicle prior to booking. Work carried out on a vehicle with undisclosed pre-existing issues may not achieve the expected result, and Qorvixa cannot accept liability for outcomes affected by conditions that were not disclosed.
All parts supplied by Qorvixa are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Labour is warranted for a period of 3 months from the date of completion, covering defects in workmanship. This warranty does not cover wear and tear, damage caused by subsequent modifications, or issues arising from undisclosed pre-existing vehicle conditions.
Payment is due in full upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments. Vehicles will not be released until payment has been received in full.
Qorvixa's liability in connection with services provided is limited to the cost of the work carried out. We are not liable for consequential loss, loss of use, or any indirect damages arising from services provided, except where such liability cannot be excluded under UK consumer law.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
All services are provided in compliance with applicable UK legislation. Qorvixa operates within UK advertising standards and does not make misleading claims about the outcome of any service.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
